Our ski shuttle takes you conveniently from 8:15–10:00 am and 3:00–5:00 pm to the Kronplatz valley station, 200 m from the hotel.
No, a reservation is not necessary. Garage parking is free of charge and available to all guests.
In the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation 29 to 8 days before arrival: the confirmation deposit will be retained
- Cancellation from 7 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
In the event of early departure or late arrival, 70% of the agreed daily rate will be charged for each unused day.
On request, we will be happy to provide a small refrigerator in your room.
You will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass by email at check-in; on request, we will also be happy to print it for you.
